Ames was the fourth academic community where we had lived. Kathy assisted us in finding our home, which we loved, and now assisted us in selling the property. I retired from ISU, and have moved to Florida. Kathy managed the selling process very well, given the challenging environment in Ames this year. When markets are hot, and homes sell fast, you don't see all the work that the realtor engages in. Kathy really went the extra steps during the summer and early fall, finding a qualified buyer who really wanted our house. She met with us regularly and kept us informed of how the process was moving along. As we had moved to Florida, the final steps were handled electronically, and Kathy walked us through those so that the final phase went very smooth.
